@margauxhuff/others who disagree with this video, here's my understanding of it:The purpose of food is to nourish us. We should eat in order that we may live healthy and fruitful lives. Unfortunately, some people (me included) are unable to resist eating more and more food, even though they are already already full. They will eat far more than their bodies need for nourishment, and this will end up harming their bodies by making them fat and unhealthy. It is this 'gluttony' that is sinful.

Gluttony's a sin. Just because you sin doesn't mean you'll go to hell. Sins are wrongful acts that you'll be confronted for in the afterlife.

being fat isn't a sin because you can become fat without eating a lot i.e slow metabolism. Overeating or gluttony is different the what most think, its when it becomes almost a addiction like drugs . And if you don't think that addiction is bad then i don't know what to tell you. Things like this you must take with a grain of salt people's interpretations of the bible and Christianity give it a bad name. Christianity is that condemning. Some of the scriptures are metaphors/figurative.
